Sunday 29 March, 4pm - INTERNATIONAL CONCERT - The Beez (Berlin), Nick Rheinberger
International Music Concert - The Beez, from Berlin, with their zany acoustic cabaret style folk and rock and pop! A huge hig at the Illawarra Folk Festival.
4pm - Nick Rheinberger (local ABC presenter), 5pm - Dinner, 6pm - The Beez.
Concert entry is $12 Illawarra Folk Club members, $15 Non Members, $10 for dinner (sausage in a roll and trimmings and Black Forrest Cake!)
Wednesday 1 April, 8pm - IRISH CEILI - Alan Kelly Band (Galway, Ireland)
Irish Ceili with Special Guest Performers - Alan Kelly Band from Ireland. Alan is on tour in Australia doing all the major folk festivals - Port Fairy, Blue Mountains, National in Canberra and this will be a rare chance to dance to his reels, jigs, polkas and waltzes! Irish Set Dance callers Margaret and Bill Winnett from Sydney with call and teach the dances. All welcome - children to adults! The tour is supported by Culture Ireland.
$5 for Wongawili Colonial Dance Club members / $10 non-members.

Colum Sands from Ireland is an amazing funny, emotive storyteller and singer. Support by John Broomhall Trio

Every Wednesday Night, 8pm
Since 1989 the Wongawilli Colonial Dance Club has held a social bush dance every Wednesday night at the Wongawilli Community Hall, West Dapto Road, Wongawilli from 8pm to 10.30pm.
The evening generally includes 10 bush dances which are all called and walked through. Novice dancers and musicians are invited to participate. Sheet music is provided for musicians. Members of the Wongawilli Bush Band form part of the Wongawilli Hall Ceildih Band.
Entry is $3 adults, children free, includes light supper.
Coming Dance Theme Nights on Wednesdays
The Club hold special dance theme nights on Wednesdays throughout the year. All the dances are called and walked through. It's all part of the social fun aspect to folk dance and music!

Opportunity for Wednesday Night Charity Bush Dance
If you know of a worthy charity then let us know. We will organise one of our Wednesday night dances to be given to the Charity. The charity's role is to get people there and we will donate all the entry money for that night to the cause, including providing the supper. Raffles are also welcome
Some of the past recipients of funds have included Victorian Bush Fire Appeal, Daffodil Day, Ceoliac Association.
